What this covers

This page explains what happens to the information you share through this website — kimberlyvet.nedochipublications.com — when you send a message or request a booking. There's no account or sign-up on this site, so this is the whole of it.

What we collect

Contact form: your name, your pet's name (if you give it), your phone number, your email (if you give it), and your message.

Booking request: your name, phone number, email (if you give it), the service you're requesting, your preferred date (if you give it), and any notes you add.

Phone and name are the only required fields on either form — everything else is optional.

What happens after you submit

• Your message or booking request is saved to the clinic's private inbox, which only clinic staff can open with a password.
• The clinic is emailed immediately so they can get back to you quickly.
• If you gave an email address, you get an automatic confirmation email.
• Submitting either form also opens WhatsApp with your message pre-filled, so you can send it straight to the clinic's WhatsApp for an instant reply. Nothing is sent over WhatsApp unless you personally hit send there.

Who can see it

Your message or booking is visible to Kimberly Veterinary Clinic's staff, and to Nedochi Publications, who built and maintains this website and its private inbox on the clinic's behalf. It's never sold or shared with anyone else.

Other services we use

Email notifications and confirmations are sent via Resend. Technical errors on this site are monitored via Sentry, which captures crash details, not the content of your message. Website traffic is measured via Google Analytics, which uses cookies to distinguish visitors.

Keeping or removing your information

Messages and booking requests stay in the clinic's inbox until a staff member removes them. If you'd like your information removed sooner, contact the clinic or Nedochi Publications using the details below.
